West Products is our new division of West Maintenance Services, a family business managed by Steve West and his son Justin.

West Maintenance Services is a family run company based in Medway, Kent, carrying out all types of building, refurbishment, electrical and carpentry works across a wide range of projects covering more than 17 years. West Products aims to complement our existing West Services company with in-house production, whilst aiming to supply other similar businesses and industries with the materials they need, so they can take advantage of our manufacturing and supply processes and limit their overheads.

With over 30 years in the construction industry, Steve West, along with his son Justin, oversee every aspect of the company and will often be found visiting site to ensure that the high standard of workmanship and safety is as strong now as it has ever been.

Our highly skilled team

We have a varied customer base, but have always specialised in carrying out regular maintenance, repair and specialised project works across the local rail network; hence our team is fully PTS trained.

At West, we like to think that we work with our customers to create the solution or product that they require. Our highly skilled team aim to build close relationships with our customers and dedicate the time required to achieve only the highest results. Our 25 strong team of skilled craftsmen and artisans work together with our support staff, both on site at various locations and at our 3000sq/ft workshop in Kent.

Working in Kent, the South East and London

Our fleet of vehicles can often be seen travelling up and down the main routes of Kent or outside one of our customers premises and our staff would be only too happy to help you with any enquiry you may have or can provide you details of where best to send your enquiries.

We hold a comprehensive stock of materials within our vans and hold much more back at our workshops, to try to limit lead times on general items, but working closely with our suppliers, we try to keep delivery and waiting times down to a minimum.
